Assassin’s Creed Valhalla (part3)
You are freer than ever to adjust the difficulty level. You can even change different gameplay parts, such as the stealth and patrol system, individually. However, if you hoped that the combo game had undergone such positive changes, unfortunately, I have to say that this is not news. The parrying system is not as smooth and comfortable as it should be. Finding the right timing is not worth the risk, so you will probably prefer to use Dodge more often.
Enemy-killing animations sometimes excite you with their incredible detail. Still, most of the time, they are performed in the worst possible way. Each of them has strange problems. As much as the new Skill Tree and the abilities you unleash have helped improve the gameplay, the Combat system has remained virtually untouched, with relatively fatal damage to the overall gameplay experience. AI also gets the “ugly” award because such problems are ugly for an eighth-generation and a new ninth-generation.
Overall, with new features and new mini-games, it seems that at least Ubisoft is on the right track. By continuing this trend and correcting past problems, we can be even more optimistic about future releases.
Bugs, glitches, and hardware problems
Like many other recent games, Ubisoft’s most significant drawback and Achilles heel, which is on the verge of becoming a great title, is the game’s bugs and technical problems. Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, while not visually stunning, requires a robust system to run it on a computer with high graphics settings, which only lowers the game frame rate below 60 or even 40 in crowded scenes. Unfortunately, contrary to what I guessed, these technical problems were not resolved with the update on the first day of the game.
